Most common cause is a dead CR2 battery (typical lifespan ~2 years). Other causes include sensor being too far from the thermostat (Bluetooth range ~50 feet line-of-sight, less through walls), Bluetooth interference, or lost pairing. Replace the CR2 battery or re-pair the sensor in the app.
