Display shows "WIFI" — the soundbar is in Wi-Fi setup mode or attempting a Wi-Fi connection. For initial setup, use the Samsung SmartThings app: download SmartThings → Add Device → AV → Samsung → Soundbar → follow on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network. If Wi-Fi setup fails: ensure router is broadcasting on 2.4 GHz (some Samsung soundbars don't support 5 GHz for initial setup), move soundbar closer to router during setup, restart router and soundbar, factory reset soundbar and retry. Wi-Fi enables: SmartThings control, SpaceConnect, music streaming services, multi-room audio, firmware updates over the air. Not available on HW-B650 (Bluetooth only).
