B650 NO WIFI
Samsung TV & Audio · HW-B650 3.0 Channel 330 Watt Soundbar with DTS Virtual:X and Bluetooth
The HW-B650 does NOT have Wi-Fi — this is by design, not a defect. The HW-B650 is a mid-range soundbar with Bluetooth only. Implications: (1) no SmartThings app control (volume, sound mode changes must be done via remote or TV CEC), (2) no over-the-air firmware updates — firmware must be updated via USB drive (download from samsung.com/support), (3) no Wi-Fi music streaming services (Spotify Connect, Amazon Music, etc.) — use Bluetooth from phone instead, (4) no multi-room audio or SpaceConnect features. If Wi-Fi/SmartThings features are needed, consider upgrading to HW-S800B or HW-Q990C.
