JAM-REAR
Brother · HL-L2350DW 32 ppm Wireless Duplex Mono Laser Printer with WiFi and USB Connectivity
The printer displays "Jam Rear" indicating paper is stuck at the rear of the printer, typically in the fuser output area. Open the rear cover (on HL-L series it opens by pressing the tab and swinging down, opening angle is limited to about 45°). The jammed paper may be lodged in the fuser rollers — if so, gently pull it downward and out. The fuser area is HOT — wait a minute for it to cool before reaching in. If paper is tightly wrapped around the fuser roller, you may need to carefully peel it off. On models with duplex printing, also check the duplex tray (pull it out from the back of the printer) for paper stuck in the two-sided printing path. After clearing, close all covers and the printer should resume.
