NO REMOTE
Sony · Sony HT-A7000 7.1.2-Channel Soundbar with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X
The soundbar does not respond to buttons pressed on its supplied remote control. The soundbar may still respond to buttons pressed directly on the unit itself. Replace the batteries in the remote control with fresh batteries — weak batteries are the most common cause. Ensure nothing is blocking the infrared (IR) sensor on the front panel of the soundbar. Point the remote directly at the soundbar from a distance of no more than 15 feet. Fluorescent or LED lights and direct sunlight can interfere with IR signals. To test if the remote is transmitting, point it at a phone camera and press a button — you should see a flash of light from the IR emitter on the camera screen. If using the TV remote to control the soundbar via HDMI CEC, ensure BRAVIA Sync (CEC) is enabled on both the TV and soundbar.
