SUB LINK RED
Samsung TV & Audio · HW-Q990C 11.1.4 Channel 546 Watt Soundbar with Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and Wireless Subwoofer
The subwoofer's STANDBY LED is red and the unit is in standby mode. This is normal when the soundbar is off — the subwoofer enters standby automatically. If the subwoofer stays in standby when the soundbar is on and playing: the wireless link has been lost. The subwoofer did not receive the wake signal from the soundbar. Power cycle the subwoofer by unplugging for 10 seconds. If it doesn't wake, re-pair using the manual pairing procedure (ID SET button). Check that the subwoofer power cable is fully seated — loose connection causes intermittent standby behavior.
