HEATER COMM FAIL
Pentair · Pentair IntelliCenter Pool Automation System
The IntelliCenter has lost RS-485 communication with the connected pool heater (MasterTemp, UltraTemp, or other compatible heater). The heater may still operate independently but cannot be controlled through the automation system. Check the RS-485 communication wire between the IntelliCenter equipment pad and the heater. Verify the heater address setting matches the IntelliCenter configuration. Check for loose connections at both ends of the communication cable.
