P2
Mitsubishi · MSZ-FH12NA 12,000 BTU Hyper-Heat H2i Wall-Mount Indoor Unit
The indoor heat exchanger (evaporator/condenser coil) temperature thermistor (TC1 sensor) has failed. This sensor monitors the coil temperature to prevent freezing in cooling mode and overheating in heating mode. The indoor LED blinks 2 times with this fault. The thermistor is clipped or taped to the indoor coil. Check for a loose connection, damaged wire, or corroded connector. Measure resistance — approximately 10K ohms at 25C. A failed TC1 sensor will cause the system to shut down to prevent coil damage.
