The pressure switch is reading closed when it should be open (inducer motor is NOT running). This can indicate a stuck pressure switch, a shorted pressure switch wire, or a pressure switch hose connected to the wrong port. The draft inducer must be off and the pressure switch should be open before the ignition sequence begins. Replace the pressure switch if contacts are welded shut.
