Bosch · SHP65TL5UC 24 in 500 Series Bar Handle 44 dBA with AutoAir
The drain pump cover (filter housing) is not properly installed or has come loose. The cover creates a seal that allows the pump to generate suction. Remove the drain pump cover/filter assembly, clean the sealing surfaces, and reinstall it firmly. Make sure it is locked into position — on most Bosch models, the cover turns clockwise to lock. An improperly seated cover will cause poor draining and water remaining in the bottom of the tub after the cycle. Inspect the cover gasket for damage.
